The U3A in Bushey is a member of the Third Age Trust and was founded in February 2004 to enable older people no longer in full time employment to share many educational, creative and leisure activities.

It is a Registered Charity (No. 1109042) and now has over 400 members who enjoy 12 general meetings each year, as well as organising and joining the 45 study groups.

All general meetings and study groups are open only to members but we welcome applications from anyone no longer in full time employment, including those from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

This site contains a wealth of information about our activities and an easy to follow guide as to the cost of and the joining process. If you come within our membership criteria, we look forward to welcoming you as a member, but even if you are unable to join us we thank you for taking the time to learn more about the U3A movement.
