The U3A in Bushey is a member of the Third Age Trust and was founded in February 2004 to enable older people no longer in full time employment to share many educational, creative and leisure activities.

It is a Registered Charity (No. 1109042) and now has over 600 members who enjoy 12 general meetings each year, as well as organising and joining over 50 study groups.All general meetings and study groups are open only to members but we welcome applications from anyone no longer in full time employment, including those from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
